• Can test the injectors for leaks. The pressure regulator allows any system pressure from 0 to 8 bar to be set.  Furthermore variable system pressure can be used to test for injector leaks.

• Can check the spray patterns for inconsistencies

• Can measure the precise quantity of fuel being delivered. This can be measured and compared for up to 8 top feed or 6 side feed injectors at one time

• Can clean the injectors thoroughly

• Dynobike's purpose built ultrasonic cleaning bath cleans the inside of the injector, the pinde valve head, pinde seat and pinde needle guides back to their original manufactured condition.

• The serviceable items are then replaced.  The injectors are refitted with new filter baskets, pintle protection caps, spacers and o-ring seals.

• It is essential that the electronic injectors perform as a matched and balanced set.
• Dynobike examines the injectors performance during a 10 program option millisecond and RPM simulation program.
• The new injectors are then re-tested for leaks, spray pattern shape and fuel atomisation, fuel delivery volumes and correct electronic operation.  When the operator is satisfied that the injectors are performing as a matched balanced set, they are ready to be returned to the engine.
• All results are recorded on Dynobikes report sheet before and after testing so improvements can be monitored.

Full Titanium Cans
Weighing in at just 1.15 kilos the cans are around 70% lighter than stock. As used by Steve Hisplop and Monster Mob Ducati our full titanium cans are bred for the track! Yet, they still represent better value than those of their competitors, skin only cans.

Carbon Can Company offer a range of cans including Stainless Steel, Single Colour or 2 Colour powder coated, Carbon Fibre and Titanium.  Road legal cans are offered either round or oval to conform with BSAU 193A standards.

All cans are designed for their simple fuss-free fit.  They are not exceptionally loud for track days but do give a nice deep tone which turns to a howl only at high revs.  All exhausts are hand made using the highest quality materials.

Superchips ICON RACE is a high performance engine management computer in its own right, which interfaces with the ECU alreeady fitted to the motorcycle, intercepting the ignition pulses and recalculating them based on a custom ignition map developed specifically for that motorcycle on the rolling road.

Shift Rod Pressure/Tension sensor

This universal sensor is available in both "push" and "pull" styles depending on the direction the shift rod moves during an up shift.  For most applications, a Shift Rod kit is available.

Linear travel sensor kit

For applications where a bike does not have a Shift Rod, or the Shift Rod sensor will not fit, we offer a linear travel sensor.  This sensor is available in both "push" and "pull" style to suit all installations.

Handlebar mounted switch

A handlebar mounted activation switch is offered for situations where Quick Shifter is not legal for a particular racing organisation, impractical to fit, or not preferred by the rider.

To accompany this Dynojet have released a "Quickshifter Expansion Module"

This is the cheapest and simplest quickshifter system for 8 injector bikes, for use with Power Commander V.

The Quickshifter Expansion Module (QEM) allows the Dynojet Quickshifter sensor to be used with Power Commander V on all the bikes that have 8 injectors.

Once the pressure sensor is attached you will have full quickshifter functionality at the lowest cost possible, and it's available now!

The LCD display connects to any Power Commander USB via a “quick disconnect” cable.  It is designed to remain on the bike and is weatherproof.  While connected, the unit will display all available data from the Power Commander.  When the optional Multi-function hub is also installed, all of its data is available for viewing as well.

Gear Position/Speed Input

Fuel and ignition timing (when using the Dynojet ignition module) adjustments can be made based on gear position or speed.

Boost Input

The boost input option makes it possible to have the fuel automatically increased with boost level.

Analog Input

This can be used to activate items such as a shift light, Nitrous Oxide system or air shifter.

Map Selection Switch

The Map selection switch allows the rider to switch between two different maps within the Power Commander.
